This dress was inspired by a very special master plant from the our community called Bobinsana in Spanish. For us this dress is a healing one, you will only feel love when you wear it!
 
Semein is the name for Bobinsana in Shipibo. 
It is a well known master plant around the Peruvian Amazon.  It’s a plant that brings love (It is a very gentle healing plant) increasing clarity and strength in our lives. Rogelia, Judith and Adelina got inspired by the bobinsana for its generosity and love that it brings.
On Shipibo Collective we strive to work with sustainable textiles that’s why this dress is made with 100% organic cotton from our Peruvian Andes and hand embroidered by the beautiful Kewe art of the Shipibo from the Peruvian Amazon.
