SHIPPING & RETURNS
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies for different items and can be within 1 to 7 working days of purchase. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions, our packaging and shipping times may vary. Please allow up to 2-10 business days for your order to be processed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we keep our team safe.
All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Shipibo Collective when you place an order through our website. We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered into the website.
We ship free these days on orders over 300 USD with Serpost. For all orders under $300 USD, we have 4 flat fees:
$25 for South America and Central America, $35 USD for North America, $40 USD for Europe, and $50 for the Rest of the World. Shipibo Collective ships all products from Pucallpa, Peru.
For national shippings (PERU) costs 20 PEN
If you have not received your package within 21 business days, please notify us so that we can do our best on our end to track it and get it to you ASAP!
We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries.
What if my package is stolen? We hope this doesn't happen to you! If it does, we cannot be liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the postal carrier for more information on how to file a claim.
How fast is your international shipping? Most of our orders are shipped within 1-7 business days of purchase from Pucallpa - Peru, with an average international delivery time of 16-21 business days. Shipping times may vary by carrier, but we do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my items ordered? International shipments may incur additional taxes, duties and custom fees for which you are responsible for paying. If refusal of payment is made, you will be charged the courier fees plus any additional import fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Contact your local customs authority or post office to calculate the tax-free import threshold or calculating any eventual additional fee.
For exchanges or order cancellations, you must contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed. Exchanges or cancellations cannot be made if the shipping process has already begun. Our products are handmade, exceptionally, it can happen that an article presents a quality defect, such as minor failures, variations in natural materials. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.
